Chief Investment Officer, Quest

Jerrod joined Quest in 2013. As Chief Investment Officer he works with all the Quest teams, and by extension, their clients. His primary responsibility is to monitor and determine how best to be invested from an asset class as well as at the security level. From providing strategic and tactical perspectives to handling the modeling for Quest client portfolios, he combines his analytical expertise with effective relationship management. He reviews investment objectives, analyzes investment types, assesses clients’ risk tolerances, and recommends the investment mix that will help clients best achieve their goals. Chairing the Quest Investment Committee and working closely with Quest wealth advisors, Jerrod is an invaluable member of the Quest portfolio team.

Jerrod has worked in the financial services industry since 1998 and has the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation. Prior to joining Quest, he managed a dividend SMA fund for Comerica Bank and oversaw a fund-of-funds portfolio with more than $1 billion in assets. Jerrod’s experience also includes multiple buy and sell-side equity analyst roles covering various market sectors. Throughout his career in asset management, Jerrod has worked closely with affluent clients to determine investment objectives, make optimal asset allocation decisions, and oversee portfolio construction.

Jerrod is married to his high school sweetheart Ronda. They live in Plano with their three children. Jerrod spends most of his free time coaching his children’s sporting adventures and enjoys working out, running, playing guitar, and reading. He is an enthusiastic supporter of all Sooner sports.
